WILLS

Why make a Will?

In essence - To make sure the right assets get to the right people at the right time!

A valid and correctly drafted Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes will be carried out after your death.

It is important to remember unless you make a Will .......

-  Just because you are married it doesn't automatically mean your spouse will inherit everything

-  Because you live together but are not married, if one of you dies, the other will receive nothing,

-  If you have children from a previous relationship and have remarried, they may not receive anything

-  If you own property you cannot specify who inherits it, or can live there

Those are just some of the legal reasons certain people may or may not inherit - the document will be personalised to you and your specific wishes.
