Single Will with no trusts 

Wills with no trusts, for a married couple, civil partners or co-habitees

Mirror wills with appropriate Lifetime Trusts including Severance of Tenancy documentation for Land Registry

Additional fee for each Will if a discretionary trust is required for a Will.  

Payable by Standing Order

This service is for client where we have drafted the original documentation

Property and Financial Affairs and/or Health and Welfare

Price is per document and includes the Office of the Public Guardian registration fee of £82 (correct as at January 2023)
